Trusted by over 100k members across the UK

Blood pressure, sleep, energy, drive. Weight is where they meet.

An at-home blood test measures what sits underneath: ten markers across your heart, liver, blood sugar and thyroid. Your clinician builds the plan around what it finds, not the other way round.

Premium chronic care, made accessible

Weight is where it starts, not where it ends: the same metabolic engine drives the conditions that shorten men’s lives. HeMed exists to make premium chronic care accessible before the crisis, not after it.

Why is this important?

3.9 years

shorter average life for UK men (ONS 2022-24)1

1 in 8

UK men are killed by coronary heart disease2

32%

fewer GP consultations among UK men, with the gap widest at working age3

How you start, in 3 steps

  1. Check

    Check your eligibility

Fill in a short set of online questions so a clinician can check whether our treatments are safe for you.

  2. Test

    Take your blood test

Complete your included needle-free blood test to understand your current health.

  3. Treat

    Receive your treatment

A clinician reviews your blood test first. If they approve treatment, we deliver it next day, discreetly and at no charge.

Your plan isn’t fixed. Neither is your body.

Support that doesn’t disappear after checkout

Track your progress in the app. Registered clinicians stay involved, reviewing your care, not just your first form.

Retested, not just re-billed

Follow-up testing shows what’s actually changing, so your plan adjusts to your body, not your subscription date.

Cardiovascular risk

  • Total cholesterol

The overall amount of cholesterol in your blood: the headline number for heart health.

  • HDL cholesterol

The clean-up cholesterol that helps move excess cholesterol away. Higher is generally better.

  • Triglycerides

Short answers to the common questions. For anything else, our support team can help.

Your plan

How does the pricing work?

Choose from a flexible rolling monthly plan or lock in savings with a 3, 6, or 12-month plan.

Which plan is right for me?

No two people are the same, so we’ve built plans with that in mind. Our 3, 6, or 12-month plans offer the best value and come with everything included. If you’d rather keep things flexible while you get started, our rolling monthly plan has no long-term commitment.

What happens if I’m not eligible?

We put your health first. If our clinicians determine the plan isn’t the right fit for you at this time, we’ll always give you a clear explanation, and ensure you receive a full refund where applicable.

Can I cancel at any time?

If you’re on our rolling monthly plan, you can cancel with at least 21 days’ notice before your next payment date. On a 3, 6, or 12-month plan, early cancellation may carry a termination fee, but we’ll always be upfront about the cost before you confirm anything. Full details are on our terms and conditions.

What’s included in the plan?

Everything you need is in one place. That includes a needle-free blood test every 6 months, starting from day one, to track your metabolic markers, clinical support for side effects and questions, in-app progress tracking, nutrition guidance, diet and exercise advice, and help from clinicians as your body changes throughout your plan.

The blood test

Why do I need a blood test?

Your at-home blood test gives our clinicians the full picture of your health, so we can tailor your treatment for the best possible outcomes. It also allows you to track meaningful health changes over time, from cardiovascular health to liver health. With follow-up tests every 6 months, you can see exactly how your health is shifting.

How does the blood test work?

No needles, no finger pricks and no clinic visit. We use a needle-free blood collection method you can complete at home in minutes. Your kit is included in your plan, along with everything you need, plus step-by-step support from our team if you have any questions.

What does the blood test screen for?

Your test covers key health markers including blood sugar (HbA1c), cardiovascular health, liver function and thyroid function. It’s a comprehensive health check built into your plan.

Switching to HeMed

Do I have to stop my current treatment while I switch?

Keep taking your current treatment as prescribed. A clinician reviews your health information and your current treatment first, and your HeMed plan is confirmed before anything changes.

Will I have to start from the beginning again?

Your clinician reviews where you are, including your current treatment, and builds your plan from there. What suits you is a clinical decision, made on your results.

What’s included when I switch?

The same plan every member gets: your blood tests, clinical support for side effects and questions, in-app progress tracking, nutrition guidance and delivery, in one monthly price.

Know your numbers. Change them. See the difference.

HeMed starts with a blood test. Take the eligibility check and see if HeMed is right for you.
