Your plan
How does the pricing work?
Choose from a flexible rolling monthly plan or lock in savings with a 3, 6, or 12-month plan.
Which plan is right for me?
No two people are the same, so we’ve built plans with that in mind. Our 3, 6, or 12-month plans offer the best value and come with everything included. If you’d rather keep things flexible while you get started, our rolling monthly plan has no long-term commitment.
What happens if I’m not eligible?
We put your health first. If our clinicians determine the plan isn’t the right fit for you at this time, we’ll always give you a clear explanation, and ensure you receive a full refund where applicable.
Can I cancel at any time?
If you’re on our rolling monthly plan, you can cancel with at least 21 days’ notice before your next payment date. On a 3, 6, or 12-month plan, early cancellation may carry a termination fee, but we’ll always be upfront about the cost before you confirm anything. Full details are on our terms and conditions.
What’s included in the plan?
Everything you need is in one place. That includes a needle-free blood test every 6 months, starting from day one, to track your metabolic markers, clinical support for side effects and questions, in-app progress tracking, nutrition guidance, diet and exercise advice, and help from clinicians as your body changes throughout your plan.
The blood test
Why do I need a blood test?
Your at-home blood test gives our clinicians the full picture of your health, so we can tailor your treatment for the best possible outcomes. It also allows you to track meaningful health changes over time, from cardiovascular health to liver health. With follow-up tests every 6 months, you can see exactly how your health is shifting.
How does the blood test work?
No needles, no finger pricks and no clinic visit. We use a needle-free blood collection method you can complete at home in minutes. Your kit is included in your plan, along with everything you need, plus step-by-step support from our team if you have any questions.
What does the blood test screen for?
Your test covers key health markers including blood sugar (HbA1c), cardiovascular health, liver function and thyroid function. It’s a comprehensive health check built into your plan.
How accurate is the at-home test?
The Tasso+ device is a clinically validated capillary blood collection method, and your sample is processed to the same laboratory standards as a venous blood draw.
Is the blood test included in my plan?
Yes. Your health check, worth £100, is included at no extra cost: a baseline test at the start and a retest every 6 months.
Is the at-home blood test painful?
No. The device uses a small lancet and gentle vacuum suction rather than a needle draw, and collects less than a teaspoon of blood.
What happens if my results come back out of range?
It’s common: 99% of members find at least one out-of-range result on their first test. Your clinician reads every result in context and builds your plan around what they see; one out-of-range marker is rarely a reason for concern on its own.
How long do results take?
Results are typically ready within 48 hours of your sample reaching the lab.
How often is the health check repeated?
A baseline test before any plan begins, then a retest every 6 months, so your clinical team can track how your health is changing.
What happens if I’m not eligible?
We put your health first. If our clinicians determine the plan isn’t the right fit for you at this time, we’ll always give you a clear explanation, and ensure you receive a full refund where applicable.
Can I take the health check if I’m on other medication?
Yes, in most cases. List any medication you take in the eligibility check and a clinician will review it before any plan begins.
Switching to HeMed
Do I have to stop my current treatment while I switch?
Keep taking your current treatment as prescribed. A clinician reviews your health information and your current treatment first, and your HeMed plan is confirmed before anything changes.
Will I have to start from the beginning again?
Your clinician reviews where you are, including your current treatment, and builds your plan from there. What suits you is a clinical decision, made on your results.
Do I need a blood test if I’ve already had one elsewhere?
Yes. Your baseline test is included in your plan and gives your clinician current results to work from; a retest every 6 months then shows what’s changing.
What happens with my current subscription?
That’s between you and your current provider: check your notice period with them. Whatever the timing, don’t stop treatment before your clinician confirms your HeMed plan.
What’s included when I switch?
The same plan every member gets: your blood tests, clinical support for side effects and questions, in-app progress tracking, nutrition guidance and delivery, in one monthly price.
Know your numbers. Change them. See the difference.
