Switching to HeMed
Being on treatment shouldn’t mean being on your own. Switching starts with a short eligibility check that asks about your current treatment, so your clinician can pick up where you are.
-
Blood test
Included at the start, then every 6 months
-
Everything included
One monthly price, no add-ons
-
Clinician review
Your current treatment, reviewed before anything changes
How switching works, in 3 steps
-
Check your eligibility
Fill in a short set of online questions, including your current treatment.
-
Take your blood test
Your baseline, included: a needle-free blood test done at home.
-
A clinician confirms your plan
They review your results and your current treatment. If HeMed suits you, your plan builds on where you are.
Keep taking your current treatment as prescribed until your clinician confirms your plan.
The blood test is the point
Most weight care never looks inside. HeMed starts there.
-
See what the scale can’t
Weight is one number. Your blood shows what’s underneath it: heart, liver, blood sugar and thyroid.
-
Treatment that fits your biology
Your clinician sees your baseline before your plan is confirmed, so decisions are made on your results.
-
Internal change, made visible
Much of what changes happens inside, where you can’t see it. Retests every 6 months make it visible, marker by marker.
-
Easy, and included
Needle-free and done at home in minutes. Included in every plan, at the start and every 6 months.
What to ask any provider
Whoever you’re with, these are the questions worth asking. Where HeMed stands on each is below.
-
Is blood monitoring included in the price?
Yes. A baseline test at the start, then a retest every 6 months, included in every plan.
-
Does the price cover everything?
One monthly price covers treatment, testing, delivery and clinical support. No add-ons.
-
Can you reach a clinician when you need one?
Registered clinicians review your care and are there for side effects and questions.
-
Is your plan built around your results?
Your plan is shaped by your blood work, not a fixed template, and a retest every 6 months shows what’s changing.
-
Is it built for men?
HeMed is designed around men’s health from the start: the markers we measure, the plan and the support.

Questions, asked and answered
Short answers to the common switching questions. For anything else, our support team can help.
Do I have to stop my current treatment while I switch?
Keep taking your current treatment as prescribed. A clinician reviews your health information and your current treatment first, and your HeMed plan is confirmed before anything changes.
Will I have to start from the beginning again?
Your clinician reviews where you are, including your current treatment, and builds your plan from there. What suits you is a clinical decision, made on your results.
Do I need a blood test if I’ve already had one elsewhere?
Yes. Your baseline test is included in your plan and gives your clinician current results to work from; a retest every 6 months then shows what’s changing.
What happens with my current subscription?
That’s between you and your current provider: check your notice period with them. Whatever the timing, don’t stop treatment before your clinician confirms your HeMed plan.
What’s included when I switch?
The same plan every member gets: your blood tests, clinical support for side effects and questions, in-app progress tracking, nutrition guidance and delivery, in one monthly price.
Know your numbers. Change them. See the difference.
